One that I remember from high school -- now, remember, this was long ago
and far away -- I remember hearing Neal Diamond singing about "the
Reverend BlueJeans". I never thought much of the song, but would sing
along with it if I heard it, until, much to my chagrin, a friend
corrected me with "it's FOREVER IN BLUE JEANS, DUH!!" I wonder if this
incident started me down the path of the diction freak....
