Hi, everybody!

I'm new to this list, and that's the first time I post something. Let me
introduce myself:
my name's Carla and I'm 26 y. o. I started to study voice (seriously)
three months ago. My voice teacher, who is very experienced, has
classified my voice as lyric spinto, and he thinks that I'll end up as a
dramatic soprano. My high notes are firm but I think that they lack
vibrato and the other good stuff. I also listen to them as if they were
whistles, but my teacher says it's not happening, it's just an
impression(?!)
I can sing from g (below middle C) up to high D quite easily (now). I've
been looking for a good description for voice classification, especially
about lyric spinto and dramatic soprano. Maybe, you can help me.
