Hello!

I am looking for a potential housemate! If you know anyone that needs a
place in February or March, I have a fully furnished room available in my
house. I live in College Park, about 5 minutes from the University of
Maryland. The rent will be only $500 + utilities, plus share in the
responsibilities of house and yard upkeep. The house is 2 stories, in very
good shape, fully furnished, gas-heated, fenced-in backyard, music studio,
