The song is by Jimmy McHugh and Harold Adamson. It's in THE DECADE SERIES - SONGS OF THE '40S and in THE TEENS MUSICAL THEATRE COLLECTION - YOUNG WOMEN'S EDITION (and also in THE MOVIE FAKE BOOK and THE REAL LITTLE FAKE BOOK) It was written for the movie A Date with Judy, not for a show.
