I couldn't agree more! I could certainly make a list of the greatest voice
teachers in the tri-state area (TN, AR, MS) -- they are my colleagues, and I
know the fine work they do. No doubt each person on the list could do the
same for her/his own area. And isn't that a great thing -- that so many good
teachers are out there helping students to sing more beautifully?! I am grate-
ful every day of my life for NATS, which has helped me in so many ways over
the years to learn, grow, and improve as a voice teacher. And I have met a
world (literally!) of fine voice teachers through that organization. Long may
it live!!!
