Dear David,

The key is to set up "rules". First, create a subfolder of your inbox, I
named mine Vocalist Mail then make a rule under your tools menu - "if any TO
recipient contains vocalist move mail to Vocalist Mail folder.
This works great. If it's still unclear, please search the archives for the
responses I got and you will find the info you need there.
