Laura:

Thank your for you delightful description of how necessary it is for
women to use a voice that we recognize as one of authority when
requesting assistance. It is true that we have an innate ability to
shut out that wonderful, natural female sound in almost all matters
of life unless it is coaxing us toward the consummation of a
relationship.

Once our attention is achieved with the voice of authority, we find
that it is possessed such energy that, of course, we must respond
with a "you don't have to shout, just ask." What could be more
logical?

There are other avenues to attract our attention but when they are
used we simply become confused and unsure of our relationship with
that fair sex. "What do you mean, I don't pay enough attention to
you?"

Such a delightful and stressful relationship we have together.

Lloyd
