There isn't a tablet form of just plain guaifenesin available OTC, at least
in the United States. Oddly, guaifenesin is widely available as an
ingredient in cough syrup (Robitussin DM) and allergy/cold remedies
(Sudefed Non-Drying Sinus). I wouldn't recommend these "combination" OTC
medications for singers to use on a regular basis. Ask your doctor for a
prescription for guaifenesin tablets.
