Hi Nora

FYI, I make a point of following the strict instructions that came with
my vapouriser never to put anything in it other than plain water. I
really do find that 30 minutes of constant inhalation of water vapour
at or as close to 40 degrees celcius as you can get really, really
helps. Water vapour at 40 degrees C feels very powerful on the
nose/throat as it is without having to use anything else. I believe that
if I tried to put even the tiniest bit of menthol or whatever in to the
water, I simply would not be able to keep my nose stuck in there for
30 minutes. I would probably end up feeling more agitatated with
running eyes etc, which is never a side effect I have felt from the
plain water - just relief each and every time.
