There's a gorgeous setting of this by Ralph Vaughan Williams from his cycle ALONG THE FIELDS (on poems by A.E. Houseman [sic?]) -- the cycle is for soprano and violin... and that's it. No piano, no other help. Hauntingly gorgeous, and tricky to sing AND play -- intonation is a challenge in some places because of a number of tri-tone double-stops in the violin (not in "Last Rose", though). Very much worth the work.
