Dear all,

I thought you would all be interested in hearing about a concert I am
organising in Edinburgh, Scotland. Robert Lloyd, operatic bass, has
offered to sing at a benefit concert on behalf of the charity that I
organise here in Edinburgh, called Edinburgh Voice Centre. We are trying
to raise money to develop a new vocal health screening and research
centre.

We are having our press launch on the 28th of February, and on that
evening, a reception and concert with Robert Lloyd. The reception will
be hosting many fine singers including Bruce Ford, Anne Evans, Rosa
Mannion, Jane Irwin, Jamie MacDougall, Patricia MacMahon. Many of you on
vocalist will know how long we have been trying to organise an event
like this one! It is a real step forward towards the establishment of a
specialist voice screening centre in Europe. The support that we are
receiving from all sides is astonishing.
