Yes, indeed. The piano/vocal score is $80. The study score (hardbound)
is $100.

On the other hand, while the Library of Congress may not know they have it
(I suspect they don't know about 3/4 of what they have in their
collection), you can get it through interlibrary loan from University of
California Library system, which has quite a few copies. Just make sure
you are explicit about wanting the Scottish National Opera (1989) edition,
published by Boosey & Hawkes in 1994.

I don't know why I didn't think to look in their catalogue first. A lot
on my mind lately, I guess.
