Well, I have found that knowing when these days will come (mine are in a specific pattern, or were for a while)helps in avoiding having to do anything with my voice that is important for that day. I have found that avoiding salty foods and drinking even more water during these times helps too. Anything that is recommended to help avoid PMS symptoms seems to help with this particular problem, to a degree. Some women are just more effected by their cycle than others. It's just life.
