If you drink at least 2 quarts of water a day you will never be dry or sick,
for that matter. A few years ago on a 3-month tour all over the cold NE and
Canada, I drank two large bottles of bottled water everyday (the Evian size,
not the gallon ones!), and although everyone else had stuffy heads, colds,
laryngitis, etc. from the weather, socializing and poor sleep in a different
hotel every night, I sang the Queen with aplomb every single time!
