February 6th NATS Chat--open to the public!

Hello!
You are cordially invited to participate in the second public Internet NATS
Chat on
the NATS website at www.nats.org on Sunday evening, Feb. 6, 10-11pm
Eastern time (NY). While most of the NATS Chats will soon be held in the
members
only section of the website (under development), this week's chat is open
to anyone interested. On Sunday, you can use the following log-in and
password to access the scheduled chat from any Internet service provider.
(You no longer need to be a member of America Online to participate.)

Those of you who joined the last chat will be happy to hear we've
significantly upgraded the chatroom. Details are available at
http://www.nats.org/natschats.html#chatupdates, but we recommend using a
4.0+ version of either Internet Explorer or Netscape to use the improved
chatroom environment. We'll try to keep the web tech-talk to a minimum in
the chatroom, but comments and feedback are always welcome at
webmaster-at-nats.org.

We are posting this notice on Vocalist because this chat format is new, and
this particular chat is open to the public. If you would like to receive
notification of upcoming NATS Chat dates, topics and guests, please sign up
for the mailing list at http://www.nats.org/. NATS Chats are typically
held the first and third Sunday of each month, 10-11pm Eastern time, except
for holiday weekends. Email topic ideas, guest suggestions, or questions to
NATS Chat host Cynthia Vaughn at cynvaughn-at-aol.com

[Note: NATS Chats are informal interactive online discussions for singers and
singing teachers. Opinions expressed do not represent the National
Association of Teachers of Singing. NATS reserves the right to archive
