I have heard about reflux for the first time on this list, but I certainly
suffer from it, and it has explained, a posteriori, some strange radical
differences in my vocal condition from one day to another!

Of course, if I ate hamburgers, French fries, donuts, Coca Cola etc, I
suppose my reflux would be even worse! But "foie gras", duck "confit",
"cassoulet", cheese, wine, chocolate and coffee may be enough! ;-)
