I sang them about 6 years ago in a song recital, and the audience LOVED them.
They're very animated and fun, short and snappy, and suitable for all voice
types, in my opinion, as they are very middle and upper middle voice-y. As
for research, I had a hard time with that one, and consulted my friend who
has a french degree from Stanford for some of the references. Have a great
