There are three main scenes for Olga. The one at the start of the opera -
it begins with a duet with Tatiana while Mme. Larina and Filipyevna are
chatting at the same time, then leads into a dialogue between Olga and
Tatiana, that includes Olga's aria.

The second main scene is a quartet for Olga, Lensky, Onegin, and Tatiana.
This is essentially separate dialogues, one between Lensky and Olga
(during which he sings his first glorious aria), the other between Onegin
and Tatiana.

The final scene is rather huge for a workshop because it includes the
entire chorus - it's the scene at the ball where Onegin and Olga dance
together, and she flirts with Onegin despite Lensky's violent jealousy -
this is the scene that triggers Lensky's challenge of a duel to Eugene,
which leads into the truly pivotal scene of the opera, i.e., the duel
(that scene includes Lensky's even more glorious aria, "Kuda, kuda").

Everyone considers Onegin a baritone's aria, but frankly I think the tenor
gets all the best music!
