which doesn't always apply to just classical singers - one very frightening medley of Beatles songs which will always live in my brain is the trio of Cher, Ethel Merman and Ann-Margret... the war of the vibratos!!! (Second only to a duet I heard between Ann-Margret and Dinah Shore!!!)
