Here are my wedding favourites. I'm a mezzo-soprano. Some are for mezzo,
others are for soprano with lower tessitura.

Sacred

Gounod: Entreat me not to leave thee (from RUTH)

Douglas Moore: Now may there be a blessing

Peter Lutkin: The Lord bless you and keep you

Giulio Caccini: Ave Maria (I personally prefer this to either of the more
popular Ave Marias - the Schubert or the Bach Gounod)

Secular

Grieg: Jeg elsker Dig (I Love Thee)

Sir Granville Bantock: Bridal Song (#8 from SAPPHO) (gorgeous stuff -
reminiscent of Richard Strauss at his most lyrical)

Amy Marcy Cheney Beach: Within my heart, op.29 #1

Benjamin Britten: Canticle I: My beloved is mine, op. 40 (may be a little
too musically challenging for some brides & grooms to warm up to)

Ron Grainer: I Know Now (from ROBERT AND ELIZABETH)

Wright & Forrest: This is my beloved (from KISMET)

George Gershwin: Our love is here to stay

Jerome Kern: All the things you are

Jerome Kern: You are love (from SHOW BOAT)

Oscar Straus: Mein Helden (My Hero) (from Der tapfere Soldat/The Chocolate
Soldier)
